Overnight Beauty Secrets

There’s nothing better than waking up feeling ready to take on the world, and there is no better way to feel that way than taking on a few extra little steps before bed that will really benefit your skin and hair in the morning!

Zinc

Oh no! You’ve got an awful-looking zit right in the middle of your forehead, and it looks angry! Fear not. You can significantly reduce its appearance by applying a cream that has a high concentration of zinc overnight. That zit won’t know what hit it, and it will be much smaller by morning!

Scrub and Hydrate lips

Your lips, just like your face, need hydration and exfoliation to be plump and healthy. The best time to do this is when you’re not going to be eating – and that’s before bed. So make sure you scrub your lips weekly and moisturize with lip balm nightly for luscious and soft lips!

Dry Shampoo

Leaving in a dry shampoo or leave-in conditioner at night will give your hair the best chance at repairing itself while you sleep! The nutrients from the dry shampoo or leave-in conditioner will absorb into your hair, helping the strands to maintain their thick and healthy glow.

Humidifier

Homes, especially during the winter months, can be very dry and damaging, especially for your skin, hair, and lips. Sleeping with a humidifier on will help your skin to stay hydrated and absorb moisture while you’re up in dreamland.

Nourishment

The same way we nourish our bodies with a healthy diet and supplements when we are awake, nourishing our bodies in our sleep will double up those healthy nutrients and make our appearance. Getting enough sleep and using some night-time creams and serums will help your body restore itself while you sleep!
